• Payments may be made through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other accepted payment methods.

5. Orders & Appointment Confirmation

• Eye examination appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders or appointments due to stock shortages, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries.
