• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect product delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Prescription lenses and customized eyewear made according to individual prescriptions.
• Contact lenses that have been opened or used.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers unless damaged or defective.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.
• Minor variations in frame color or appearance caused by screen display settings.
